Established in 2013, SIL has been engaged in manufacturing portable stage systems, choral risers, seated risers, catwalks and ramps for 10 years. Our Stage platforms and risers are so lightweight and compact that a stage can easily be assembled quickly in a matter of minutes by just one person! When it's time to break down, you'll find that disassembly and storage of your stage is equally convenient. Platforms and risers are so compact that they can easily fit in most cars or trucks! Optional storage flight cases, caster board and dollies for transporting and storing your stage are also available.
SIL stages are completely modular and customizable. Platforms, risers and other components are available in either pre-packaged stage kits or on an individual basis so that our customers can create a custom stage (in different heights, shapes configurations and sizes) to fit their needs. We also offer a full range of accessories like stage skirts, storage/transportation systems, stage back drops, choral risers, seated risers, guard rails, mobile stage kits, ramps, stairs and more.
Now our products are exported to around 135 countries, which are widely used in outdoor events, concerts, theatres, universities, schools, government organizations, houses of worship, luxury hotels, resorts, military organizations and more. SIL covers a factory area of 10,000m², located in Panyu District, Guangzhou, China. Our factory introduces numerous advanced extrusion machine, drilling punching, forming and other equipment.
With the 6S management, SIL has established a strict management system, such as strict online production and inspection, final product erection test for each order, to guarantee the product precision and quality.
Our factory is located in Guangzhou, China and covers over an area of 10,000 square meters with a team of 150 staffs, owning top advanced processing equipment from Germany, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Our products all pass ISO9001, TUV, and CE test report. Also, we have our own QC system, and can do 100% inspection for each product before packing. After inspection, we use good quality non-woven bag inside and reinforced cardboard cartons with clear labeling. Q2: What's your minimum quantity order?
A2: 50 pcs for one design. If you can mix few items in one container, we can accept small quantity for first trial.
Q3: Can I get a sample to test the quality?
A3: Yes, we accept the sample delivery before the formal order.
Q4: What about the lead time for mass production?
A4: Generally, after receiving 50% deposit and confirming the drawing, the delivery time will take 18-20 days.
Q5. What's your warranty year for portable podium stages?
