Summary:
This product is used for counting the times of discharge by surge protective devices.
Features:
- 1.5 standard module width
- Inductive loop (feed through with the earthing cable of surge protective devices)
- Powered by replaceable 3V Lithium battery, 3 digits or 4 digits LCD display with set and reset function.
- 1m long inductive twisted pair
Installations:
- Attached to the battery is an insulated tie back, pull the tieback "Battery on PULL" before installation to ensure the power supply works normally.
- Open the attached inductive ring and hitch around the earthing wirethen fixed the SPD on the 35mm DIN rail.
- Fault Resolution: When the product indicate incomplete, still reset or even no indication, open the bottom enclosure, unplug the internal battery for about 5 minutes and then reinstall it back, pay attention to the battery and its holder's positive(+) and negative(-) accordingly. In this condition that the display screen will operate normally and do the reset testing setting.
- Testing direction:
1 ) Press the button"SET/RESET"not more than 2 seconds,the number indicate in LCD will add 1. when the number reaches the Max number(999 or 9999),it need to be zero clearing again for using.
2 ) Press the button"SET/RESET"and hold it for 5 seconds the number in LCD will be cleared to zero
3 ) Long press the button"BATTERYLCD will indicate the current level of the batteryThe battery is fully charaed willshow"HI"If the display screen show "LO" you should chanae the new batteries.
