IC-501 Metal cleaning agent

IC-501 metal cleaning agent is light red liquid, which is oil removal cleaning agent for ferrous metal and stainless steel products. This product is made by bio-degradation surfactant , additives and corrosion inhibitor. It is used for cleaning kinds of greasy, with the advantage of using under normal temperature, simple operation, saving energy, long service life.

 

IC-501 metal cleaning agent  used for surface treatment of steel and ironby wiping or dipping .

Preparation method(1000L)

1.Add water to tank up to 90% capacity ;
2. Slowly add 100KG IC-501, stir while adding;
3. Add the remains water amount to 1 ton, and then stir evenly

 Treatment Parameters
Dipping treatment :

 pH:12-13    

     Temperature: 20-50℃
    Time: 10-15minutes (Determine time according to the situation of  steel grease)

     use ratio:5-10%           

Supplement and Adjustment ( by 1000L)

    The concentration is changed in using process, determine pH value, and make sure IC-501 cleaning agent concentration., keep it in certain scope. Supply cleaning agent to make sure cleaning effect. Generally speaking, prepare the new solution every three months.       

 Note

     Workpiece stain is cleaned off, do other treatment after water rinsing.

 If workpieces need rust protection, dry it directly after cleaning without water rinsing.

Wash cleaning tank and drain off the greasy sludge by one time every 20-30 days .
