GELATO SMART: complete liquid blend ready to be whipped to make an artisanal Italian Gelato in few minutes.
PASTRY: Cassata and Cassatine, typical Sicilian pastries made with ricotta cheese, sponge cake and marzipan.
We offer third party processing services and private label.
The plant is located in Termini Imerese (PA), 60 km east from Palermo, very close to the cross between highways connecting Palermo to Catania and Messina.
In addition to processing citrus fruits and fruits, gelato and pastry, we offer storage services for customers and cold chain operators.
Ensuring products quality is key in our work: starting from a careful selection of raw materials, to specialised machines, products processing and delivering.
