HPL laminates is a new type of decorative material formed by Kraft paper, melamine decorative surface and phenolic resin or urea-formaldehyde resin glue after dipping, drying and compound hot pressing. Used for calcium silicate board, cement board, medium density fiberboard, particleboard, multilayer board, honeycomb board and other boards veneer, can improve the hardness and rigidity of the finished board, and have the characteristics of melamine paper color diversity. Products are mainly used in home decoration, office buildings, hospital parapet, large shopping malls, the whole house customized clothing cabinet doors, high-speed rail, ships, floors, toilet partition, bathroom cabinets, laboratory tables, anti-double special plate, etc. Support sample customization, welcome new and old customers to inquire.

We offer Formica HPL sheet and Compact board including wood grain color and solid color as well as marble color, Standard HPL, Post-forming HPL, furniture HPL and sewing machine table HPL. Post-forming HPL and phenolic HPL are also very popular offers from us.

We are born from Compact HPL which is a big factory of high pressure laminate related manufacturing and design. With Gormica,we invested more HPL panel factories and continue to do both manufacturing and design as well as trading of the products across all related companies.
Q: How do your factory do quality control?
Our factory is ISO certified with complete QC process for incoming materials and finished products.
Q: Can I have the products with my own logo?
Yes. We can offer both OEM and ODM service with prototype design and small MOQ.
Q: How much is the cost for customer logo?
For more than 20,000pcs, no extra cost. For less than 20,000pcs, the cost need to be calculated on the exact requirement.
Q: What kind of files do you accept for logo printing?
One full HPL panel with your logo.
Q: Can I get free samples?
We are very pleased to supply you samples and would like to offer free ones when the value is low and items are in stock with the shipping cost paid by customers.
Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need the standard samples, customer only pay the little fee express to express company.If you need the design samples, we will charge for the sample cost, But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.
