TPV

Among them melt blending method is the most common, the equipment used mainly have 2 kinds, mixer or twin screw extruder. Depending on the process, you can use one device alone or both. In industry, because the twin-screw extruder can be continuous production, so considering the quality of stability, twin-screw extruder has become the most common dynamic vulcanizing equipment.The concrete steps of dynamic vulcanization are as follows: first in the mixer will be rubber and plastic melt blend, when fully mixed, add vulcanizing agent, at this time mixing, vulcanization, if the vulcanization speed is faster, then the degree of mixing must be more intense, to ensure that the blend has good processing performance. Because there are granular rubber for sale, so you can mix plastic and rubber without mixing machine, you can directly use twin screw extruder mixing. In the specific process, the dynamic vulcanization can be divided into two steps, plastic can be added and mixed with rubber twice, in order to protect the plastic from the oxidation of vulcanizing agent during the dynamic vulcanization.
