Products Description
ABS engineering plastic, also known as PC+ABS (engineering plastic alloy), is called plastic alloy in Chinese in the chemical industry. It is named PC+ABS because this material not only has the excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, dimensional stability, and impact resistance of PC resin, but also has the excellent processing flowability of ABS resin. So when applied to thin-walled and complex shaped products, it can maintain their excellent performance and maintain the formability of materials composed of plastic and an ester. The biggest drawbacks of ABS engineering plastics are heavy weight and poor thermal conductivity. Its molding temperature is taken between the two raw materials, which is 240-265 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is too high, ABS will decompose, and if the temperature is too low, the fluidity of PC material is poor.
