How to Use the Self-adhesive PS foam pressure sensitive bottle cap seal liner/gasket/lid/wad sealed for your protection:
Place the liner onto the opening of the bottle/jar. (Make sure the rim is dry, clean and smooth. ) The one side with word should be the upper side (see the below picture shown). Screw your cap onto the bottle. Leave in place for 20 minutes. This gives the adhesive time to release leaving the liner attached to the rim. You will see the liner sealed closely onto the the bottle/jar
