ABOUT US: FOUNDED IN 1990
Xiamen Yungde Ornament is a Taiwanese enterprise that was founded in 1990, to this date we as over 30 years old. We specialize in the production of engineered and solid wood flooring (as well as finger-jointed wood products, including wall panels). Located in Haicang, Xiamen, our factory space is roughly 60,000 square meters and is comprised of 3 modernized production lines, three kilns as well as two large warehouses for finished/raw materials. We produce more than 1000,000m2 of wood flooring annually, with over 70% percent of products for exports going to countries like Japan and Australia.With year over year growth in sales, we have invested that in our production facility including but not limited to a new vacuum system, multiple sanding machines for the automatic UV line, a wood ash energy conversion system and a new factory building that will be in construction next year.

Delin has acquired a wall of certificate both representing the quality of our products and signaling the longevity of us as an established leader in the wood flooring production field. Some of the most notable certificates that are recognized world wide are the ISO9001, MFN-2628 (Minster certificate) and the JAS (Japanese Agriculture Standard). This means our products has passed the inspection of Japan Testing facility for formaldehyde levels, and the quality of wood products have passed multiple levels of tests.

70% of our products are sold overseas, and more than 80% of our clients have been with us for over 10 years. In this way, we pride ourselves of not only being a supplier but a strategic business partner that works along with our clients to develop new products and navigate the changing demand landscapes.
To this day, the majority of our products are sold to Japan, regions range from Hakata to Tokyo and all that is in between. Our other major export hub regions include Australia, USA, Canada and Europe. We also sell in domestic market, were we mostly sell engineered products as well as do supply for large construction projects.
Production Process
Production 60,000 square meters production facility
Majority of our workers worked for us for 10+ years. This means with stable personal, our product quality is very stable. We have in-house testing for moisture content, soak test and pressure test. We have continued to invest in our production facility with ash suction machine that converts wood ashes in renewable energy and have invested in purchasing new UV line machines every year.
Quality Control:
All of the products produced in the factory goes through four rounds of QC, and because we foster an effort of collective improvement, if workers discover any defects during each stage of production, the defected product will be removed from the batch.
1 | When raw materials arrive, QC person tests the raw material for moisture content level, blemishes and cracks. |
2 | Raw material stored in the raw material warehouse will be checked fro moisture content level before production. |
3 | Different species of wood, and different customer orders will be assigned to a raw materials sorter. The sorter will check for wrapping, color and sort the batch of raw materials into different grades. Raw materials with defects that are beyond repair will the taken out of the batch. |
4 | Products go through final round of QC, before packaging, there are two person that checks the defects of the wood products to make sure that there is lacquer uniformity throughout the board, no missing corners, and that there is no gap when the product is assembled. |
Product packaging
Packaging: Customs and Delivery
We have import and export experts who will take care of customs and clearance for your importing region. Finished products from our warehouse will be directly loaded on the tailing truck, to the Xiamen port and be delivered to your closest pick up region. Our sales personals will help you calculate the exact number of cartons to fit in 20ft/40ft container packages.1 | For first time orders we’ll work with clients to better optimize the number of wood flooring that can fit in 20FT or 40FT container. |
2 | This includes pencil sketch of the calculation of the box design, pallet size, and how it should be packaged into the container. |
3 | We have a finished product warehouse, where workers would load the products onto the container according to the sketch. |
4 | We do just in time production, so from order to production is around 2 months in advance. But wait time may fluctuate depending on raw material situation. |
