What we do during the quality inspection?
1. Preparation before inspection, including check all the documents and tools needed;
2. Visit the factory as scheduled;
3. Have an open meeting to explain the working procedure to the factory;
4. Sign anti-bribery letter;
5. Select a proper place for inspection;
6. To warehouse, account the shipment quantity;
7. Randomly draw some cartons for checking;
8. Check the order requirement/PO against the production sample;
9. Check against the approval sample if available;
10. Appearance/Workmanship check based on AQL;
11. Function and measurement check if required;
12. Package and shipping mark check;
13. Take digital photos of product and defects;
14. Draw representative sample (at least one) for record and/or to client if required;

1. Initial Production Check (IPC)
Focus on the raw material inspection before production.
2. During Production Inspection (DPI)
DPI is inspecting on the production stage as a follow-up for the continuous production to ensure all meet the strict requirements for the on-time delivery.
3. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Also called Final random inspection. It happens on the 100% finished production and 80% well-packed. We’ll inspect the final quality, quantity, packing, marking, looks, workmanship, function, etc. based on AQL
4. Container Loading Inspection (CLI)
Supervise the whole container loading process, confirm the loading products in right one and quantity.
5. Sample Evaluation
We implement customized evaluation plan for the according to the client requests by either arranging professional technicians on-site, or picking samples and sending back to office to arrange sample evaluation and test.
6. Amazon FBA Inspection
We help Amazon sellers inspect their orders and goods per customers requirements. Except that, we still inspect the FBA barcodes reading, labels, package, etc, and regular pre-shipment inspection service.
7. Factory Audit
