UltraX Super Thin 1.74 index Lenses

 

Designed for high prescriptions, these lenses are extremely thin and light, delivering tremendous optical quality due to an aspheric design. It’s one of the thinnest and flattest plastic lens available, which are astonishing up to 40% thinner than 1.50 index lenses. Not recommended for rimless models.

 

UV400 means one hundred percent anti-ultraviolet.   UV-400: Optical lens with "UV-400"  can block all the UV, can be 100% reflection, absorption of ultraviolet light.

 

Now the aspherical design corrects the image, solves the problem of distortion of the horizon, and makes the lens lighter, thinner and flatter. Moreover, it still maintains excellent impact resistance for safe wearer wear.

 

Our 1.74 index lens is made of Super Hydrophobic Coating , it's also called crizal coating , can make the lenses waterproof, antistatic, anti slip and oil resistance. Generally speaking , super hydrophobic coating can exist 6~12 months.

A. Generally, we need 1~2 days to finish the sample production. As for the mass products, it depends on your order quantity.

A. No MOQ for customer if optical lens is in stock.

 

Q. How do you control lens quality?

A. Producing process is in vacuum dust-free shop, like prepare material, mixed material and take out .Four times quality checking during production process.

A. About 20000 pairs/day.
