JS Series Automatic Standard Concrete Mixer
The JS series concrete mixer is a double-horizontal-shaft forced mixer. This machine has the dual advantages of a single machine independent operation and a simple concrete mixing station with the PLD series batching machine. It can also provide a supporting host for the mixing station. It is suitable for all kinds of prefabricated component factories and highways, bridges, water conservancy, docks, new projects of small and medium hydropower projects, and civil construction sites. It can be used to mix dry hard, plastic, fluid concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and various mortars, and has a wide range of applications.

Product Usage
Agitating system
Mixing system, mixing arm adopts high strength wear-resistant steel cast, oval design, material resistance is less, flow is more smooth, solid, not easy to wear and break, long service life.
Feeding system
It is composed of hoist, feeding rack, hopper feed nozzle and other components. The brake motor ensures that the hopper can stop at any position when running at full load. The brake torque is adjusted by the large nut of the back seat of the motor.
Discharging system

Electrical system

Water supplying system
It is composed of motor, water pump, throttle valve, cleaning device and spray pipe. The water needed for mixing concrete is sent to the spray pipe by the pump through the throttle valve, and the throttle valve can adjust the flow of water.
Lubricating oil pump
The lubricating oil pump can be injected into the shaft head with grease filter port quickly to prevent impurities from entering the oil pump and affecting the sealing effect. Use four pump cores to supply oil to each of the four shaft heads, reducing repair and maintenance work.
