Spiral Steel Silo
This equipment is used as raw material transfer storage equipment, suitable for storing corn, wheat, rice, soybean, rapeseed and other raw materials.
The equipment absorbs the advantages of manufacturing spiral-jointed steel silos at home and abroad, and is developed in combination with our company's many years of design and manufacturing experience. The tube wall plate is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a galvanizing content of 275 grams per square meter, which is maintenance-free for 25 years.
The processing and production unit is a 08 European imported technology unit, and the production quality is internationally synchronized. Spiral interlocking steel silo has many specifications, with a volume of 5700-501300 cubic meters. It is equipped with scraper machine, belt conveyor feeding system, cleaning and impurity removal, magnetic separation and iron removal, temperature measurement system, ventilation system, material replacement and many other functions. Among them, the conveying equipment such as hoist and scraper machine has the advantages of high output, low noise, low energy consumption, long working life, easy operation and maintenance, etc., and the work is safe and reliable.
