Brief Introduction of FRP Pipe Fittings
FRP pipe fitting is manufactured by the hand lay-up, contact molding and spray-up process. In hand lay-up and contact molding processes veil and alternate layers of mat and woven roving saturated with resin are applied on the mold. In spray-up process continuous strand roving is fed through a chopper gun, combined with catalyzed resin, and sprayed onto the mould surface.
We can offer various specifications and materials flanges, elbows, reducer and tees, 3 way and 4 way.

Flange, hub, and neck thicknesses meet or exceed ASME Sec. X, ASME RTP-1, ASTM D3299, and PS 15-69.

Flanges are stocked in 50psi, 100psi, and 150psi. All bolt holes and bolt circles are per ANSI B16.5 150 lb. drilling.
3 Resin Coating
All bolt holes and spot facing are resin coated.
