Product Description
Open the door of the reactor then put scrap tires into the body of the cracking reactor. The body of the cracking reactor will be heated up by the fuel under it. The scrap tires will decomposed when it heated up to a certain temperature (about 160-180 degree) in the cracking reactor. The decomposed tires transform into exhaust gas and oil gas in the cracking reactor. Then the exhaust gas and oil gas get through the gas separator, the oil gas will be better on color and smell, so that oil gas can be refined. Refined gas get through the depositing tank to the cooling pipe for cooling in it then transform into liquid. Liquid oil (we call it crude oil or fuel oil) will flow into oil tank for store. And exhaust gas from the crude oil in the tank will transport to exhaust gas recycle system then transported to the bottom of the cracking reactor as fuel to heat up the cracking reactor. Because of much exhaust gas, so there will be some spare gas. The spare gas can’t be stored. So we need burn it directly.
When you heat the cracking reactor by coal or wood, there will be smoke produced, the smoke will be processed in the emissions scrubber transmitted by the pipe on the top of the cracking reactor, by the processing of dedusting device, the harmful gas will changed into clean air then release into the air.
