Q: How to make inquiry?
A: If you just want to know the freight charges, send me below info, we will check and provide you quotation soon.
1. Commodity of your cargo;
2. Weight (KG or TON) , Volume(CBM) & Dimension(M or CM);
3. Port (or airport) of loading, Port of discharge;
4. Picking address & delivery address for DAP or DDP inquiry only.

Q: How the whole procedure goes?
A: We can finish our business in below 6 steps.
1. You send me inquiry with above info;
2. I will reply you our primary quotation;
3. After negotiation, you are satisfied with our final quotation. Then we sign contract and you send me the contact info of your suppliers in China;
4. I arrange to book shipping space, contact supplier to load the cargo;
5. You arrange the payment(air freight need to make the payment before airplane depart, sea freight before the vessel arrive at the port of discharge;
6. I will send you tracking info(daily for air freight, weekly for sea freight) until you receive your cargo.
Q: We are the first time to cooperate, how can i protect myself?
A: Generally we suggest you to use below methods to protect you.
1. You can use trade assurance service if the amount is less than $5000, once you didn't get your cargo, you can report to Alibaba;2. ZR trading have cooperated with agents in 100+ countries, If you are afraid, you can pay your local agent before they deliver cargo to you. but you need to pay handling to them.
