Tempered Glass
This process will make the glass surface under compression and the glass center under tension to increase its resistance to wind load, impact, and thermal shock 4-5 times more than regular annealed glass of the same thickness.
It is widely applied in places that require high mechanical strength and safety, such as glass doors, building curtain walls, elevation windows, interior partitions, furniture, as well as partitions closed to heat sources, and places that are subjected to severe cold and hot shock.
