KRB-800 Bogie Cleaning Agent
1、 Introduction
KRB-800 bogie cleaning agent is a neutral cleaning agent that has the ability to remove various types of dirt such as mineral oil, vegetable oil, dust, and so on. Diluted to a concentration for use, it is colorless, odorless, non flammable, non explosive, and phosphorus free and environmentally friendly.
2、 Main parameters
Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid in appearance
No odor
Main ingredients: surfactant, dispersant, chelating agent, cleaning aid, water
5%pH 7.0±0.5
Density (g/mL) 1.05 ± 0.05
3、 Usage
1. Clean at room temperature and heat properly.
2. The dilution ratio is generally 1:5 to 1:25 with water depending on the oil contamination.
3. At room temperature, this product can also be diluted to wipe the workshop floor and parts surface of oil stains.
4、 Precautions:
1. Do not use for cleaning live equipment.
2. This product is a neutral formulation, but it is still recommended to wear rubber gloves or use tools during manual cleaning.
3. Although this product has a protective function for metals, it is still recommended to use waste workpiece testing during cleaning to ensure that there is no corrosion to the parts or cleaning surfaces.
4. Stored indoors at 5 ℃ - 40 ℃, the shelf life is one year. After reaching the shelf life, it can be used normally after passing the test.
5. Industrial products should be stored out of the reach of children. If splashed into the eyes, please immediately rinse them with clean water. If necessary, seek medical attention. Do not eat them. If swallowed by mistake, immediately induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.
