KRB-805 Train Body Cleaning Agent (Neutral)
1、 Product Introduction
KRB-805 is a neutral train body cleaning agent composed of high-quality surface active agents, high-efficiency decontamination agents, synergists, chelating agents, etc. It does not contain controlled substances such as heavy metals and nitrites, and there are no harmful substances in its components that require special labeling. It can be completely biodegradable, improving labor conditions, and preventing environmental pollution.
2、 Product Usage
It is mainly used for cleaning the dirt such as oil and dust on the exterior surface of vehicles such as motor vehicles, subways (including light rail), maglev trains, and ordinary railways, as well as cleaning the interior panels of vehicles.

4、 Product performance
This product is a neutral and complex low foam product suitable for scrubbing, brushing, and automatic car wash spray cleaning processes.
• Easy to use, conducive to smooth water washing operations, easy to rinse, less residue, and no impact on vehicle body surface paint.
The product is environmentally friendly, free of sodium nitrite, chromate, and other components, and free of heavy metals, making it safe and reliable to use.
5、 Instructions for use
The specific use method, concentration, time, etc. of this product should be determined according to the cleaning requirements and cleaning conditions. Before large-scale use, small and medium-sized tests should be conducted; Generally, the following suggestions can be referred to:
• Usage: Spraying, scrubbing, brushing, and other methods can be used.
• Usage concentration: Generally, about 5-10% detergent aqueous solution is used for machine washing; Mix about 5 times water for manual cleaning.
Use temperature: clean at room temperature.
• Usage time: determined according to the user's cleaning process requirements.
• Precautions for use: After cleaning, rinse with water and blow dry, or naturally air dry.
6、 Safety and disposal
• Labor protection precautions: Operators should wear labor protection articles such as work clothes, labor protection shoes, acid and alkali resistant rubber gloves, to avoid long-term contact with the skin with cleaning fluid, prevent skin degreasing and dry and rough skin, and prevent accidental ingestion and splashing into the eyes.
• Treatment of cleaning waste liquid: The cleaning waste liquid cannot be directly discharged, but should be discharged into the sewage pipe network after being treated to meet the standards according to its own sewage treatment conditions, or entrusted to a qualified environmental protection unit for centralized disposal.
