KRB-501 ultrasonic cleaning agent
1. Introduction
KRB-501 ultrasonic cleaning agent is mainly a black metal water-based cleaning agent composed of high-quality low-foaming surfactants, penetrants, solubilizers, composite organic rust inhibitors, high-quality special cleaning aids, deionized water, etc. The product is environmentally friendly, free of sodium nitrite, chromate, and other components, free of heavy metals, safe and reliable in use, and fully biodegradable.
2. Purpose
☆ Used for cleaning the surface oil stains, cutting fluid, grinding oil, antirust oil, dust and other pollutants of ferrous metals, mechanical manufacturing components, automotive components that require rust prevention between processes.

☆ Alkaline, highly concentrated, strong oil removal ability, capable of quickly removing various oil stains and stains on the surface of the workpiece.

5. Usage
☆ When using this product, you should carefully read the product manual and use it under the guidance of professional personnel. Cleaning methods can be spray, hot soak, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.
☆ Cleaning concentration: use 4~10% cleaning agent aqueous solution.
☆ Cleaning temperature: Can be used at room temperature, but cleaning at a temperature of 50 to 60 ℃ has better results.
☆ Cleaning time: 5-10 minutes.
☆ After cleaning, directly blow dry, dry, and properly package and store.
6. Precautions
☆ During cleaning, it is necessary to correctly and reasonably place the cleaning workpiece, and avoid overlapping each other. Depending on the cleaning situation, it is necessary to regularly add an appropriate amount of cleaning agent stock solution. If the cleaning ability cannot meet the cleaning requirements after being supplemented, it can be discarded and replaced with a new solution.
