Product introduction
Lithium Battery Locomotive
Lithium battery locomotive adopts lithium battery as power source. Lithium batteries have the characteristics of high energy density, high conversion efficiency, no memory effect, no charge-discharge delay, low self-discharge rate, and wide operating temperature range. In particular, lithium iron phosphate batteries have the advantages of non-toxic, non-polluting, good safety performance, long life and wide sources of raw materials, \tand long life. Its application on locomotives effectively solves the lead-acid battery problems of requiring frequent maintenance, frequent charging and insufficient cruising range in long tunnels.
Passenger Car
Passenger car is specially designed for transporting construction personnel in tunnel shield construction. It is mainly responsible for transferring tunnel construction personnel, improves construction efficiency, and ensures the safety of construction personnel.It is mainly composed of running part, braking device and car body. Passenger cars are available in various in capacity of 8-25 people seat.
Flat Car
Flat car is specially designed for transporting materials, tools and machines in tunnel shield construction. It mainly transports tunnel construction materials, tools, machinery for improving the efficiency of tunnel construction and transport safety. It is mainly composed of running part, brake device, bogie and car body. Flat cars are available in various in capacity of 10 ~ 90 tons.
Segment Car
Segment Car is specially designed for transporting tube pieces in tunnel shield construction, and it also has the task of transporting materials. Its structure is divided into several parts, such as frame, travel section and braking system. The two ends are equipped with traction links for connecting the vehicle to the locomotive. At present, our company manufactures more than ten types of pipe cars with a load capacity of 10-45t.
Muck car
Muck car is composed of a bogie, a frame, a slag bucket and other parts. The running device adopts the structure of two-axle bogie.The slag bucket has sufficient strength to ensure safe lifting and unloading of the slag. There are self-weight turning and auxiliary turning, and the slag is easy to dump. The bottom of the slag bucket is a wedge-shaped structure, which is convenient and quick to combine with the frame when falling. It adopts a spiral cylindrical spring to absorb shock and has a good effect. Muck cars are available in various in capacity of 3m³~35m³.
