KRB-208 low foam spray antirust cleaning agent
1. Introduction
☆ Low foam spray anti rust cleaning agent is mainly an environmentally friendly water-based cleaning agent composed of low foam surfactants, penetrants, dispersants, and high-quality special cleaning aids. It does not contain controlled substances such as heavy metals, and there are no harmful substances requiring special labeling in the ingredients. It is environmentally friendly, safe, and fully biodegradable.
2. Purpose
☆ Used to clean the surface of black metal parts such as carbon steel and cast iron with oil, grinding oil, cutting fluid, rust prevention oil, dust, and other pollutants.
3. Main performance
☆ Low foam or even no foam, especially suitable for high-pressure spray cleaning, with high concentration and strong oil removal ability, which can quickly remove various oil stains and stains on the surface of the workpiece.
☆ It has extremely strong penetration, dispersion, solubilization, and emulsification effects.

5. Usage
☆ When using this product, you should carefully read the product manual and use it under the guidance of professional personnel. Cleaning methods can be spray, hot soak, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.
☆ When using, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be adjusted according to the severity of oil ontamination. To obtain the best cleaning effect, it is generally necessary to prepare the original solution and water into a cleaning solution with a concentration of 5%, heat it to 45~65 ℃ for spray cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning for 2~6 minutes, and then rinse with clean water according to the workpiece cleaning requirements before drying or directly drying. Increasing the concentration of cleaning fluid can improve cleaning ability. When manually wiping and cleaning, the cleaning agent concentration is relatively higher.
☆ When the oil stain is particularly heavy or high melting point lipids are encountered, manual or mechanical methods should be used to shovel part of the oil stain before cleaning.
6. Precautions
☆ Adjust the concentration of the cleaning fluid according to the degree of oil contamination, and determine the subsequent workpiece processing procedures based on the requirements for surface cleanliness of the cleaned workpiece.
☆ Timely remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank liquid to avoid secondary pollution.
☆ Add 1% to 3% cleaning agent. If the cleaning capacity cannot reach the original level after supplementation, it can be discarded and replaced with a new liquid.
☆ Do not bring this product into contact with the eyes. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, you can lift the eyelids and rinse them with flowing water or physiological saline; Do not swallow this product. If swallowed accidentally, do not induce vomiting, maintain a resting state, and receive timely medical attention.
☆ To prevent excessive skin degreasing, wear chemical resistant gloves during operation.
7. Wastewater treatment
☆ Necessary treatment shall be carried out for the waste liquid, which shall be discharged after reaching the standard or neutralized and then incorporated into the urban and regional chemical sewage system for centralized treatment before reaching the standard.
☆ Waste liquid cannot be discharged into natural water systems and sewers. Please refer to relevant national and local regulations before disposal.
