I Summary

 

Machine

RCM series coordinate measuring machine combines single-point probing and analog scanning in a single high performance measuring machine also can equipped with contact and non-contact probe system. Based on the new generation of controller combines and optimizes temperature and accuracy compensation systems and advanced algorithms to support high-speed, high-accuracy analog open and closed loop scanning.

 

Design Characteristic

- Granite fixed worktable, all three axes are made of high performance granite, good temperature characteristic, have the same coefficient of thermal expansion.

- Granite worktable with integral “dovetail” guide in X axis, eliminate the pitch and yaw, also provides superior motion stability.

- Z axis air-balance with self-protection, improve motion capability.

- Advanced synchronous belt drive system with non-slip and high stiffness, ensures high stability, lower noise.

- High precise, rigid, and pre-loaded air bearings on all axes, can ensure the guidance never be damped

- Transmission system uses high-power DC servo motor and new double level tape reducer to ensure rapid and accurate axes movement.

- RENISHAW steel scale and readhead

- Famous parts from all over the world are used in every important sub systems

2.1 Machine

- High performance granite fixed worktable and all three axes are made in TAIWAN.

- RENISHAW stainless steel scale and readhead, Resloution:0.5um

2.2 Specification

1. Technical Training:

  01:Training Contents and Stipulation:

l  The course is designed to train operators based on the system application and on fundamentals of Coordinate Metrology. Persons attending this class are expected to have some familiarity with metrology knowledge, PC application skill and primary English knowledge.

l  Duration:5 working days

l  Place:at customer site(on arrival of the equipment of the Buyer, the Supplier will provide training, the Buyer need to afford extra charge of ticket, accommodation, or translator for service engineer).

l  Attendees:2-3 persons

  02:Training Certificate:

        For Attendees who passes the examination, they will obtain the “Certificate of CMM Operation and Application

2. Warranty for Maintenance:

     01:Warranty Period: Within 12 months from the date of assemble and acceptance, but not exceeding 15 months from the date of shipment. During this period machine failure caused by our side is maintained with free of charge.

      02:Extra Warranty Period: we will take telephone and regular visit to users with a combinative after-sale advisory service

l  Our company is responsible for the technical advisory services of metrology from user with free of charge.

l  We provide life warranty services of machine for users with cost price.

l  Our company has spare parts which can be provided for the user with our cost price.

l  We provide users with after-sales value-added technical service, such as technical upgrades, retrofit, etc. by preferential price for life.

l  If our company’s regional office is in the User’s location, our overall after-sale technical service is borne by the regional office.

3. Commitments:

01:For Product quality:

l  LOGIFAC will provide free maintenance service for machine if it is broken down due to the quality problem.

  02:For Service Quality:

l   If we get telephone request services about equipment failure from users, we will response to the request in 8 hours, if necessary we will send technical engineer to the customer’s site to solve problems within 24 hours.

A: If you are close to our local agent, you can contact them directly for spot service. Usually we will send our engineer for overseas spot service to finish installation of the machine and operation training, which will take extra cost like air-ticket and accommodation.
