Application

Framecoater is the roller coater for painting the frame areas of glass panels.

Main Features

1. This equipment adopts automatic intelligent identification and positioning instead of traditional cylinder positioning and suction disc positioning, which improves production efficiency.
2. The glass within the scope of production size can be placed at will without adjusting the size, which eliminates many complicated procedures such as screen printing repositioning due to the large size and variety of traditional screen printing.
3. Roll print size width: automatically recognized by computer input.
4. The equipment use the screen printing ink such as high-temperature tempered ink, low-temperature thermosetting ink, UV ink and water-based ink t, to meet different product process requirements.
5. Production efficiency: 2500mm length *500mm width, only takes about 70 seconds.
6. Consumable cost: one kilogram of ink can make about 16 square meters (the film thickness is 5 silk, the coating width is 20 mm, can make 800 meters)
