PROSECCO DOC TV ROSE'
Our cuvée PROSECCO DOC TV ROSE' is made from the best hand-selected grapes, 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir. The wine has an elegant pink color reminiscent of the color of Pinot Noir, the long stay on the lees results in a fine and persistent perlage, perceivable on the palate in a decisive and refined way.
The aromas are delicate and reminiscent of wisteria flowers and white fruit, along with notes of small red fruits such as cherries and currants. The wine has a balanced taste, with just the right balance between the freshness of the Glera grapes and the light structure of the Pinot Noir grapes, making it creamy, persistent and full. This balance of flavors makes the wine PROSECCO DOC TV ROSE' versatile and excellent as an aperitif.
It finds its best expression with all raw fish and fish-based first courses, delicate and refined and goes very well with cheeses.
