Under the process of shredding, separating, crushing and grinding of the waste tire recycling production line will turn various waste rubber products into rubber particles, rubber powder and steel wire to maximize the recovery and utilization of waste rubber.

Semi-automatic tire recycling production line contains tire wire drawing machine, tire shredder, wire separating machine, granulating machine.
Tire wire drawing machine: Remove the main steel wire from the bead rings.
Tire shredder: Shredding the whole tire into a block (40-50mm).
Wire separating machine: Separating the wire from tire block and crushing into granules (10-15mm).
Granulating machine: Output size 0-7mm.

 

Simple tire recycling production line contains wire drawing machine, shredder, wire separating machine, magnetic separator, granulator, vibrating screen and fiber separator.
Wire drawing machine: Remove the tire wire.
Shredder: Shredding the whole tire into a block (40mm-150mm).
Wire separating machine: Separate rubber and steel wire and process into rubber particles (10mm-20mm).
Magnetic separator: Sorting steel wire from a rubber wire mixture.
Granulator: Crush the rubber to a smaller size (0mm-7mm).
Vibrating screen and Fiber separator: Sorting rubber particles of different sizes and remove foreign matter and fiber.
Mill: Grind the granules into powder (30 mesh - 100 mesh).

Automatic tire recycling plant contains tire cutting machine, tire shredder, magnetic conveyor,
Tire cutting machine (ring cutter, strips cutter and rim cutter) to make the whole tire into small pieces.
Tire crusher to crush tire block into block rubber and wire.
Magnetic conveyor to separate block rubber and wire, convey the block rubber to secondary tire crusher.
Secondary tire crusher to crush block rubber into rubber pieces and small wire.
Fine tire crusher to crush rubber pieces into rubber particles.
Screening machine to choose suitable rubber particles. 

According to the material characteristics, the equipment blade roller can be flexibly selected to enhance the shredding effect.
