Q. Can I get some free samples ?
A: We welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. But all customers shall pay the sample fee and shipping cost, when you place an order, sample fee will return to you.
Q. What about the lead time?
A: Sample with standard requirement needs 3-5 days, mass production delivery time needs 25-35 Working days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition.
Q. Do you have any MOQ limit for induction cooker order?
A: The MOQ of our products is 10 pcs for one model one size, which can be negotiated and flexible. 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Mass production products usually ship by ocean, takes 15-25 days to arrive the port. Small amount products ship by express like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline is also optional.
Q. How to proceed an order for induction cooker?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Lastly We arrange the shipment once the balance payment received.
Q. We'd like to print our logo on the induction cooker. Can you make it?
A: Yes. We provide OEM&ODM service which including logo printing, gift box and carton design.

A: Basically, the payment way is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.
