1. Introduction
☆ KRB-201 Precision Hardware Cleaning Agent is a colorless transparent liquid. It does not contain controlled substance components and does not destroy the ozone layer (ODP=0). It is applicable to the ISO14000 certification system. It is a volatile and non flammable solvent, containing a high-performance long-term stabilizer, which can maintain excellent cleaning effects. It is a better product for degreasing and degreasing cleaning of precision hardware and electronic instruments. Meet environmental requirements.
2. Purpose
☆ Widely used in industries such as hardware, jewelry, clocks, electronics, electrical, and other industries, it is used to clean oil, dust, and other stains on metal surfaces such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, galvanized sheet, silicon steel sheet, cold rolled sheet, single sheet, and tinplate. It can also effectively remove oil, grease, and flux from semiconductor surfaces.

5. Usage
☆ Ultrasonic cleaning, immersion, wiping, and other methods can be used for cleaning.
When cleaning by wiping, be sure to wear chemical resistant gloves to prevent contaminants on your hands from accelerating metal corrosion and the impact of fingerprints on the appearance of bright metal surfaces, and to avoid excessive degreasing of your hands due to long-term contact with cleaning agents.
☆ When using immersion or ultrasonic cleaning, customers should strictly follow the full set of cleaning plans set by our company according to your company's process, site, budget, and other requirements. In order to improve the cleanliness of cleaning, save more solvent usage, and achieve better cleaning results, it is recommended to set the cleaning process to three or four tank cleaning. If conditions permit, the number of tanks can be appropriately increased, and each tank can be washed for 1 to 3 minutes. After cleaning, use strong (or hot) air to dry. When replacing the cleaning agent, recover the dirty tank, change the tank to, the third tank to, the fourth tank to, and add new clean cleaning agent to the fourth tank. When the workpiece is lifted from the tank liquid, it should be drained for 30s above the tank liquid before being placed in the next tank liquid for cleaning, to reduce waste and pollution between the tank liquids. This process is a good cleaning method with fast decontamination speed and good results.
☆ If conditions permit the installation of vacuum cleaning and specialized hydrocarbon distillation regeneration equipment, it can accelerate the cleaning rhythm, reduce operating costs, and improve safety.
6. Precautions
☆ Strengthen air exchange in the cleaning workshop. This product can cause combustion due to high heat energy in contact with open flames, chemical reactions or combustion in contact with oxidants. Therefore, it cannot be stored, opened, or used near open flames, high heat, or ignition sources. Avoid direct sunlight at high temperatures, and take grounding and anti-static measures at the place of use.
☆ Do not bring this product into contact with the eyes. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, you can lift the eyelids and rinse them with flowing water or physiological saline.
☆ Do not swallow this product. If swallowed accidentally, do not induce vomiting, maintain a resting state, and provide timely medical care.
☆ To prevent excessive skin degreasing, wear chemical resistant gloves during operation.
☆ Containers and pipelines containing this product must be clean and not mixed with other solvents.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at the work site. The workplace where this product is used should be equipped with complete ventilation facilities, requiring good ventilation, reducing environmental pressure, and ensuring personnel health.
7. Waste liquid treatment
☆ The waste liquid is collected in special barrels and then returned to a government approved recycler for recycling.
