1) 3D Step of Files and 2D Drawings
2) Material requirement

5) Any other special requirements, such as packing, labels, delivery, etc.
Q: Can I get a quote without drawings?
A: For sure, we appreciate to receive your samples, pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions for
accurate quotation.
Q: Will my drawings be divulged if you benefit?
A: No, we pay much attention to protect our customers’ privacy of drawings, signing NDA is also ac
cepted if need.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Mold Payment: 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second mold payment before sending out the
first trial samples, 30% mold balance after you agree the final samples.
A: Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before sending out the final goods.
For total amount under $500,100% in advance.
For total amount above $500, 30% in advance, the rest before shipment.

A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and
videos which show the machining progress.

3) Sampling inspection - check the quality before shipment.
