TPU (thermoplastic polyurethanes) is thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber. It is mainly divided into polyester type and
polyether type. It is wear-resistant, oil-resistant, transparent and elastic. It is widely used in daily necessities, sportinggoods, toys, decorative materials and other fields. Halogen free flame retardant TPU can also replace soft PVC to meet the
environmental protection requirements in more and more fields.
TPU products are usually granular. The processing methods includes injection, extrusion,
calendaring, blow molding etc.
TPU can be used in many areas of our daily life. They can be used to make synthetic leather resin, adhesive, shoes sole and so on.It is a new generation of engineering plastics and is one of the economical and recyclable environmentally friendly plastic elastomers.
TPU is a kind of polymer material between rubber and plastic.
Wide range of hardness: By changing the portion of each raw material. We can get products with different hardness ranging from 55A to 90D.High mechanical strength: objects made from TPU have excellent performance in carrying capacity, impact resistance and damping ability.
Extraordinary performance in cold resistance. TPU products still have good elasticity, compliance and other physical
characteristics in extreme low temperature which can reach to -50ºC.
