Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory with export license for 10 years.
Q2) How to place an order? What is the whole process?
A:
Step 1. Our trade manager will give you a quotation when we received your inquiry.
Step 2. We will make sample or digital for you if we have agreed with each other for the order.
Step 3. A photo of sample will be sent to you for the confirmation before mass production.
Step 4. Please pay for us when you receive the invoice.
Step 5. We will deliver the product as soon as possible when the mass production is ready.
Q3. What is your minimum order quantity?
A：There is no MOQ if you do not want to fold your label and tag for the first order.
Q4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A：If it is existing sample, we can send to you at once. It will take around 3-7 days for shipping sample.
Q5. How much is the shipping cost/freight cost?
A: The shipping cost depends on the total weight and volume of your package and your location or destination.
Q6. What information will I have to provide when ordering?
A: Please send us your artwork in file formats such as PDF.AI.EPS.PSD or CRD with pantone color numbers, size, shape and Quantity etc.
Q7. How fast will you quote to clients?
A: Quotation will be sent you by email within 12 hours. We have professional Customer Service Department.
Q8. How long will you guarantee for mass production?
A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. It usually will take around 7-15 days to process bulk production. If you need goods urgently, we will try our best to make them first and rush them out as soon as possible.
Q9. What about the shipping method?
A: We will choose an optimal shipping method for you or according to your choice. We can send goods to you via courier express such as UPS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX for small package with good price. If your goods are large, we will ship by sea or by air, we will quote the shipping cost to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
