8 Series Sampling Oscilloscope TSO820 and TSO8C17/18
The 8-series sampling oscilloscope provides a comprehensive optical testing solution for telecommunications and data communication applications, as well as general optical component testing. The TSO8C17 and TSO8C18 optical module provide an optical bandwidth of more than 30 GHz and a fully integrated optical reference receiver (ORR) 1, which can perform single-mode and multi-mode conformance testing at 850 nm, 1310 nm and 1550 nm.
