The quality control
To ensure the quality of our products is always the goal which we pursued. Our company has established a whole set of quality control process and accountability system.
1. Drawing review and confirm
The accuracy of drawings is an important prerequisite for quality control. We will design drawings for customers according to their requirements, Firstly, our technicians will fully understand the needs of customers, reduce the errors of drawings, eliminate quality hazards. After that, the drawings will be confirmed by the customer, and then go into the production link.
2. Technical discussion
Before we start to produce a brush, We will arrange technical personnel to study and discuss the production process according to the drawings, to ensure that the production process can be smooth and efficient.
3. Material control
The quality of raw materials is another key factor to determine the quality of industrial brush. The production department will apply for the corresponding raw materials from the warehouse department according to the information on the drawings to avoid errors.
4.Delivery inspection
Before each batch of goods leaves the factory, our inspector will check the size, tolerance brush bristles and etc. of the products according to the drawings to ensure the qualified rate of the goods.
If there is any quality problem with the products finally delivered to the customer, we will compensate the customer or resend the goods according to the contract.

1.Q：How long is the price of a product usually valid?
A：Normally the validity of price is 6 month, we will specify in the contract. During the price validity period, we promise not to change our price due to the change of raw material price.
2.Q: What is the process of customization?
A: Firstly, we need customers to provide specific product parameters, photos and other relevant information. Then we will make the drawings and submit them to the customer for confirmation. After getting the approval of the customer, we will arrange production.
3.Q: What if there is quality problem?
A: We will strictly enforce our warranty and return policy. Customer can feedback the quality problem within 10 days after they received the product, and we will exchange or refund unconditionally.
4.Q: How much will the development of new products be charged
A: If customer require to design and develop a new product, the customer needs to bear the corresponding material costs. For example, the materials required by customers are not our regular materials and need to be purchased.
5.Q: How long is the leading time?
A: Our normal leading time is 14 days, customers can discuss with our sales manager if they need the product very urgent. We will also try our best to meet the needs of customers.
6.Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: We are very sorry, because most of the products are customized products, we can't provide free samples. According to the price of the product, we will charge a minimum sample fee of $50 (excluding freight). However, what we expect is long-term cooperation, so once the samples are approved by customers and purchased in batches, we will refund all the sample fees.
