Two types of flavorings for the production of our oils
Co-pressing of olives and citrus fruits
Through the co-pressing of citrus fruits and olives we are able to obtain fragrant and fresh oils thanks to the polyphenolic properties of the extra virgin olive oil and the essential oils contained in the peels.
Natural infusion in extra virgin olive oil
Through the natural infusion of spices and vegetables in extra virgin olive oil, which usually lasts a couple of weeks, we are able to obtain fresh oils without any chemical sensation typical of artificial aromas.
