Product Description

TSE assembled hopper bottom grain silo is made of high quality hot-dip galvanized steel platepressed into wavy shape by special equipment and made into standard connecting hole,which is connected by high strength bolt.

In this silo project,the 4 sets grain storage silos are 500T hopper bottom wheat silos for one wheat flour mill factory.

 

Main Components of TSE Hopper Bottom Sorghum Storage Steel Silo

TSE hopper bottom silos includes silo roof,manhole,roof handrail,vent,ladder,silo body,stifener,silo door,silo bottom,silo leg.silo roof is typically manufactured as 25º Sealed Roof,also can be 30º,according to customers'request.

Cylindrical Body
TSE cylindrical body are made with body sheets and stiffeners, manufactured  with structuralgalvanized steel S350GD of high elastic tolerance and the coating zinc can be 600g/m²The cone bottom made with galvanized or painted steel provides strength to support the siloand keep longer life span up to 28 years. 45º hopper is easy to unload delicate materials like feed pellets and other products.

Production details

TSE Silos will pass at least 4 inspections before they are deliveried from factory.

During production, we have a special inspection team for random inspections.

Some silo parts need to be weled,cut etc.These are all operated by professional personnel.

TSE factory strictly classifies and packs each parts of silos and silo accessories to ensure the goods are not crushed and damaged during transportation.

Installation can be carried out in different ways

*If the client wants to install 10ton-1500ton steel hopper bottom grain silos by themselves, we could offer detailed instruction, and we'll give our quickest

 response to deal with any question in the process.

 *We could also send our engineer to supervise the installation process. The client 

could find local workers for the installation work and our engineer will help them 

during the process.

*If the client needs, we can send our installation team for the whole installation issue.
