Product Description

1. The single shaft plastic shredder is mainly used in all kinds of hollow or solid plastic material. The shredder machine is suitable to PE, PP, PVC, PA, EVA, PET, ABS and engineering plastics.

2. This single shaft plastic shredder is new designed especially for shredding various big solid materials, unmanageable materials, plastic container and barrel, plastic film, plastic pipe, fiber and paper which the normal crusher can not handle.

3. The materials are pushed into the shredding chamber by hydraulic. Independent drive system and solid structure make the running stably.

Advantages

1. The main shaft is driven by gear reducer, running smoothly, with low noise and large torque.

2. The material of the blade: Cr12MoV, SKD-11, D2, 9CrSi. The rotating blade adopts ”V” or “—” installation mode, which makes the blade cut evenly, reduces energy consumption and reduces the noise in the whole working process. Each blade has 4 cutting edges, which rotate 90 degrees after wear, and each group has 2 cutting edges. After wearing, it can be rotated 180 degrees to continue to use. The blades on the rotor can be removed for easy cleaning and maintenance.

3. We can supply different rollers according to different material. Choosing the right rollers can improve machine performance and production efficiency.

4. We have designed three different knives holders according to the material, such as welded knife holders, assembled knife holders and CNC cutting knife holders.
