Product Description
Flash butt welding machine
Automatically clamp the butted workpieces, and then through gas-liquid control, first push slowly through electricity to remove the oxidation on the surface of the workpiece welding and the flashing of the unevenness, and then let the end faces of the welded workpieces be thermally plasticized, and the welding area becomes more and more As the heat gets hotter, the speed of butt welding also accelerates. The flash and splashes make the two contact surfaces completely welded together. Finally, quickly pressurize the top satin to weld the two ends of the welding, cut off the current, and the welding is completed. This kind of welding has high strength, good compactness, no false welding, no slag inclusion, and no porosity.
