The UNICELL-MS305D is thermal expandable microsphere from Dongjing semichem co.,ltd of Korea.It is an unexpanded type which is composed of polymeric shell and volatile core.It is widely used in PVC air blowing for reduce the weight of products.

The UNICELL-MS305D is white powder in a thermoplastic expansion microsphere with high foaming rate.Narrow particle size distribution.Independent hollow bubbles can be foamed through the integral sudden expansion of expanding low boiling point hydrocarbon and the softened thermoplastic enclosure by adding heat swelling agent.

Appearance:

White spherical powder of foaming agent enclosed in thermoplastic shell.It is white powdery solid at room temperature.

Features:

2. Excellent elasticity;The thermoplastic shell with good pressure resistance.The surface can withstand the pressure of 300kg/cm2 and good resilience can sustain multiple cycles of pressurization/decompression without cracking.

3. Excellent foaming performance;It can have 40-70 times the original independent foaming effect.It is still a complete airtight after foaming.With the foaming result that traditional chemical foaming agent cannot match.
