Q1. What is your terms of packing? A1. Generally, we pack our goods 500pcs per pp bag and carton box outside. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters. Q2. What is your terms of payment? A2. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Q3. What is your terms of delivery? A3. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and etc. Q4. How about your delivery time? A4.1. Products in stock, delivery time is 1 day; 2. Products out of stock, and mold in stock, delivery time is 7 days; 3. Products out of stock, and mold out of stock, delivery time is 25 days. Q5. Can you produce according to the samples? A5. Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. But you may need to pay for the mold fee and we will refund you the mold fee when your cumulative order quantity of this product has reached specific quantity. Q6. What is your sample policy? A6. We can supply the sample if we have it in stock for free, but you may need to pay for the freight. Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery? A7.
