PROSECCO JòS

Prosecco JòS combines varietal acidity with the flavour enhanced by bubbles. Soft pressing; cold static settling of the must and start of alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at temperature controlled (16-18 ° C). In autoclave, after the foaming, it remains for several weeks in contact with the yeasts. It is then bottled. It is a classic aperitif, but goes well with vegetable soups, seafood, pasta with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheeses and white meats.

Podere Roverat is a historical Winery. We have 10 hectares and produce Red and white wines. We produce approximately 50 thousand bottles per year. We are Camolei’s family and Michele Lunardelli we are the owners of Podere Roverat, we are located in Pramaggiore, in the Heart of the DOCG area.
Podere Roverat, in fact, is located between Venice (70 kilometers) and Friuli (10 kilometers), we are between the Alps, the famous Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea. This creates a very important condition for the grapes.

This area has been famous for its wines since the Roman Period. During the Serenissima Republic of Venice, this area was Called “The Vineyard of the Doges”, when the Doges were the highest authority of Venice.

We only use the grapes from our estate. We look after and take care of our wines from the very start in the vineyard up to the bottling. We bottle our wines directly in our winery which guarantees quality.
In the last 5 years we have strongly focused on quality, services and also on ecologica front for that we received various
International awards.
We are also on some Private Label Projects, where we work closely with our clients to create their own bottle label.






The vineyards of Podere Roverat are located in the heart of Lison di Pramaggiore in the province of Venice, land, the Lison, which has always been dedicated to the cultivation of grapes. To this ancient tradition we wanted to combine the resources that progress offers. Our cellar is newly renovated, it has strong walls and a roof with wooden beams and valuable insulators that guarantee our wines a safe refinement. The same can be said for the delicate phase of storage that finds a constant and fresh climate even in the most humid summers. The machinery and equipment of new generation allow us to combine tradition with quality and, consequently, this also helps us tosave energy and to respect the environment and nature that surrounds this territory and that we strongly support.
