Application


(1). DOP is a general plasticizer, mainly used for the processing of PVC grease, can also be used for chemical resin, acetic acid resin, ABS resin and rubber and other polymers processing, can also be used for paint, dyes, dispersants, DOP plasticized PVC can be used for the manufacture of artificial leather, agricultural film, packaging materials, cables and so on.
(2). Organic solvent, gas chromatographic fixative.
(3). Industry is the most widely used plasticizer, this product in addition to cellulose acetate, polyvinyl acetate, and the vast majority of industrial use of synthetic resin and rubber have good compatibility. This product has good comprehensive performance, good mixing performance, high plasticizing efficiency, low volatility, low softness and softness, water extraction resistance, high electrical performance, good heat resistance and weather resistance.
(4). In HVAC, used to test the filtration efficiency of high efficiency filter. For HEPA filters, 0.3um (micron) is the particle size with the largest penetration rate, so DOP is used to test the filtration efficiency of HEPA filters.
