Product Description


    VC-100C vacuum controller is widely used in the test and control of a vacuum system. During the process of evaporation, the negative pressure always down due to the saturation vapor and the micro-leak of the connections. To keep the negative pressure, users have to keep the vacuum pump working or control it manually. Which lead to a higher negative pressure or


fluctuation pressure in the system, and influence the evaporation and collection system:

1. Over-high negative pressure, material blasting boiling.

2. Over-high negative pressure, low temperature of the vapor, and low

rate of the collection

3. The corrosive gas will pollution and damage the vacuum pump.

4. The harmful gas will pollution the environment.

VC-100C vacuum controller can control the system vacuum, and solve these problems.


Features

1. Control, Set and display the system vacuum pressure.

and avoid the gas backflow in the pump to affect the system vacuum.

Installation

1. The vacuum controller shall be put steady and with no shaking.

2. Connect the controller with system.

Supporting


When used with rotary evaporator and reactor:

1. Circulating coolant connected to the condenser (20lower than the

vapor ).

2. System vacuum shall be same with the setting vacuum degree.

3. Heating

4. Stop heating and closed low temperature pump (Avoiding harmful gas

goes into vacuum controller and vacuum pump)


Operation

1. Connect the whole unit according to the picture. Turn on the vacuum

pump switch (The vacuum pump will controlled the vacuum controller).

2. When system vacuum pressure reaches the setting pressure, the

vacuum controller will automatic shut-off the magnet valve and vacuum

pump power at the same time.

3. When system vacuum pressure ups 0.5~1.0kPa, the vacuum pump and

magnet valve will work again (Automatic), until the vacuum pressure

back to the set point
