Overview and appliction

This ultrasonic thickness gauge is a kind of high-precision thickness gauge which uses ultrasonic measurement principle, adopts high-speed processor and high integrated chip design to realize portable, nondestructive, fast and accurate measurement of thickness and sound velocity of various materials.

The digital material thickness gauge tool is suitable for measuring the thickness of various materials, such as steel,metal, glass, ABS, plastics,PVC, ductile iron,etc., which can be transmitted by ultrasonic wave at a constant speed in its back.

Shinning Point

1. Measurement for various material: metal, plastic, glass, etc.
2. Color screen with backlight.
3. Metal port for detachable probe and reducing the damage of probe changing.
4. 0.9-300mm wide range for standard probe(5P Φ 10mm) and ±（0.1+1%H）mm accuracy.
5. Standard probe can be replaced by multiple special-purpose probes. For example ,high temperature probe(up to 300°C resistance) and microcrystal probe.
6. Standard block calibration and sound velocity calibration make the test more accurate.(sound velocity can be calibrated by materials with known thickness).
7. Keeping velocity of 7 common material and them are editable .
8. Total 2000 data storage in 10 groups(each group can include 200 data).
