Goccia Rosé The colour pink is said to possess a special power, having a positive effect on our state of mind. Pink, symbolising calm and sophistication, is a fitting colour for this fine dressing made from the must of the Ancellotta grape and aged for at least five years in ash barrels. Bittersweet and refined, clear and delicate, Goccia Rosé is a feast for the eyes and the palate.
Its light, fresh taste is ideal for flavouring vegetables and grilled fish as well as carpaccio and salami, but goes well with any dish at any time of year.
