Product Description
Ceramic fiber bulk, adopting flint clay, HP Alumina, silica powder, Zirconia as the main raw material, melted by resistance furnace and produced by swinging and blowing technology.
There are five kinds of ceramic fiber bulk: COM, ST, HP, HA, HZ.
Characteristics:
1.High strength efficient insulation material.
2.Low weight, thermal conductivity and heat capacity.
3.Strong tensile strength.
4.Excellent corrosion resistance.
5.Excellent sound insulation.

8.No bond and corrosive material with very good antioxidation property
Characteristics of blowing fiber:
1.No lube.
2.Low ball sediment.
Characteristics of swinging fiber:
1.Containing lube, low ball sediment and low non-fiber.
2.Long swinging fiber without being processed.
Application:
Ceramic fiber bulk is the optimum material for the production of fiber textile and also the perfect material for vacuum moulding ware, fiber spraying and smearing ware, fiber paper and blanket, sealing, filling andinsulating in high-temperature environment.
