HOW TO OPERATE
* Step 1: Released the tool handle completely
* Step 2: Press the 2 spring-loaded axles, rotate the jaws to the proper chamber
* Step 3: Place the lug/wiring between the fixed chamber
* Step 4: Hold the terminal in position and gently squeeze the tool handles together
* Step 5: Insert the stripped wire into terminal barrel,squeeze handles together until finshed
