We have developed 16 series with more than 200 kinds of products, including steel locker, steel charging locker, office furniture, etc. And our factory is good at OEM and ODM order. 

1.May i order small quantity as a trial order at first time?
 Yes,we will try our best to support you.,but we will increase the price with small quantity.

2.As this is our first cooperation, can I order one sample to check quality firstly?
 Yes, it is OK to make samples for you, but you need to pay for it.  Sample cost will be refunded when you place a formal order.

3.Can I get a discount for my bulk order?

 Yes ,of course ,the more you buy ,the bigger discount you can get .

4.How can I know your quality before i place a order?
  Please don't worry,we can send you some samples to check the quality,before you place a order,and you can confirm everything yourself.

5. How can I place order?
  You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.

6.How can I pay you?
  After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay.  T/T (HSBC bank) and Paypal, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.

7.What's the order procedure?
  First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM.  Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation.  You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production.  After we get the deposit, we start to process the order.  We usually need 7-15 days if we don't have the items in stock.  Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment.  After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

8.How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
   If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

9.How do you check all the goods in the production line?
   We have spot inspection and finished product inspection.  We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
