Q1: Are you manufacture ?
A:We mainly produce bags, a lot of bags, like shopping bags, school bags ,backpack, travel bags and so on.
Q2:Could you provide some samples? How many days?
A: Yes, it is our pleasure to provide our stock samples for you to study the printing and sewing workamanship .
Q3:Logo and design?
A:Once our quotation confirmed and you need sampling, pls send your logo in ai or pdf format. Usually sampling lead time is 5-7 days.
Q4:What's your payment term?
A:If big order ,T/T 30% deposit in advance, the balance at sight of B/L .If small order ,payment 100%. We can talk the details about it.
Q5:It is our first cooperation, how can you ensure your quality?
A:We have professional QC team. Our auditor will start details from raw material purchase to final production. We also accepted inspection done by the third party.
Q6:After-sale service?
A:We are available for any issues arising from our goods. Including method of usage, quantity, quality, claim from final buyers and etc. Customer will receive our professional reply within short time.
