1.How can we start to get a quotation?
You can send us email with product details: size, material, design, logo and color; if you have artwork, it will be much appreciated. We will reply you within 24 hours. Also, you can discuss with us on TM. Our TM is online more than 12 hours every day.
2. Is the sample charge can be refundable?
Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific situation pls contact the people who follow up with your order.
3. What's your delivery time?
7-15 days after receiving payment and details confirmed and it also will be according to order quantity and season.
4.How to ensure the correct rate of design?
Before placing the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation in firstly, next to check the sample effect again, and then carry out to the mass production.
5. How about the packaging and shipping?
A.Packaging: Standard safe and strong export cartons or according to custom requirement
B. Shipping:
(1) By air, fast but expensive, usually for small or urgent order (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT...)
(2) By sea, cheap but long time, usually for big quantity (CSCL, COSCO, APL, K'LINE, MAERSK...)
(3) By train (Mainly for Europe)
C. How to handle the shipment?
You can use your own shipping forwarder for whole shipment. Or we will have our competitive forwarders for your choice, and we usually handle shipping terms like FOB Ningbo, CIF & CNF (port), DDU or DDP, you won’t have headache on these import problems.
6. How do you to control the quality?
We have QC supervising during production. 100% inspection before packaging and random check after packaging. Of course, you can arrange a third party to come and check quality before the delivery.
7.What’s the MOQ?
As a general rule our MOQ is 500pcs. Although on occasions we have orders for less than 500. However, for one of small orders costs are likely to be very high when compared with the 3000 pcs order.
