*Unsuccessful pairing
Check whether the WIFI router is far away from the circuit breaker, and should be as close as possible.
Check the name of the WIFI router, you can't use Chinese, and you can't use special symbols;
Check whether the router name and password entered by the APP are correct;
Check the position of the small dial switch, which should be carried out in strict accordance with the positive process of this manual;
Check whether there are multiple strong WIFI routers in the environment, and you should temporarily turn
off the unnecessary routers;
Check whether the WIFI router is 5G or 2.4G, this product supports 2.4G (if it is a dual-band router, please
change to 2.4G);
Check whether there are too many devices connected to the WIFI router, some routers have an upper limit
on the number of connected devices;Check whether the mobile phone is connected to the Internet, and the mobile phone needs to be connected
to the local router to keep it connected
If the attempt fails, temporarily turn off the WIFI router; prepare another mobile phone and turn on the hotspot signal of the other mobile phone to try pairing. If possible, evaluate the condition of the WIFI router, or restart the WIFI router to try pairing again;
Whether the indicator flashes quickly or slowly, you can use Bluetooth to pair; after pairing the product, the
small dial switch must be set to the Bluetooth position.
Note: If the pairing is unsuccessful for multiple times, the compatibility mode can be used to pair.

Quick mode pairing
Download the "Tuya Smart" APP on the mobile application platform, and register and log in with your mobile phone number.
Make sure that the small dial switch at the bottom left of the front of the circuit breaker is in the Bluetooth
position. If it is not in the Bluetooth position, please dial it to the Bluetooth position.
According to the wiring diagram, turn on the product and wait for a few seconds for the indicator light to light up.
Turn the small dial switch to the compatible position, wait for about 10 seconds, the indicator light starts to flash. Then turn the small dial switch back to the Bluetooth position.
Open the APP, log in to the main interface, click on the "+" at the top right to add a device, and select the
"Breaker (WIFI)" in the energy-saving energy category.
Enter the WIFI router name and password, the next step.
Make sure that the circuit breaker indicator is flashing quickly, next step.
Enter and wait for the device to be added, and the pairing is complete.
*Compatible mode pairing
Check that the small dial switch of the product is in the "fast" position → turn on the power → the purple
indicator light will turn on and go out after a few seconds → after the indicator light is off, turn the small dial switch to the "compatible" position → wait about 10 seconds → wait The red indicator light starts to flash quickly → after the indicator light flashes quickly → turn the DIP switch to the "fast" position → no need to wait, and then dial back to the "compatible" position → wait for about 10 seconds at the compatible position → red indicator after 10 seconds The light will start to flash slowly → open the phone and enter the APP to the add interface → select the circuit breaker in the electrician column → select "compatibility mode" → confirm that
the indicator light flashes slowly → enter the WiFi name and password to be connected → confirm → select according to the prompts Connect → find the hot signal of SmartLife_**** → enter the password "12345678" → click connect → click back after the connection is completed → return to the APP interface and press Next → wait for the pairing process → after the pairing is successful → dial the small dial switch back To the "fast" position.
*Offline processing
Check whether the WIFI router is working properly;
Check whether the mobile phone is connected to the Internet normally;
Check whether the mobile phone is equipped with anti-virus software and other software that restricts
access to specific apps;
Check whether the wiring and power on of the product's inlet end are normal;
Check whether there is a source of strong electromagnetic field interference around the product;
If there is no abnormality, log out of the APP and try to log in again for a few minutes;
